EQT II bought Tradex AB, a leading design and manufacturing company of self-adhesive components & systems for assembly of CMTs and other related products in 2000 from the Sixth AP Fund and the Witte Family.
During EQT’s ownership Tradex showed an impressive organic growth with improved profitability. Sales almost doubled and profitability (EBITDA) raised significantly.
In 2006 EQT sold the company to Brady Corporation, Milwaukee (NYSE:BRC).
