A busy summer for the EQT Ventures fund

While many look to the summer as a season to wind down, the EQT Ventures fund has been busy and continued to accelerate in portfolio investments. Below is a brief snapshot of the investments made during the summer.

 

Verto Analytics is a Finnish-American provider of audience measurement solutions. EQT Ventures joined Verto Analytics’ USD 16,1 million Series B funding and the new investments will be used to advance its global operations within digital media, adtech, mobile app and gaming.

Based in Stockholm, Unomaly provides an algorithm that analyzes data and learns IT systems’ normal behavior with the purpose of proactively avoid them from crashing or getting breached. EQT Ventures joined Unomaly’s EUR 4,6 million series A funding that will be used to enhance the company’s product development and global customer operations.

EQT Ventures partnered with Berlin based company Service Partner ONE (SPO) in a USD 10 million Series A funding. The German company has taken office management to the next level by offering the first digital multi service platform for cleaning, office supplies and deliveries for coffee and water dispensers etc. SPO is currently delivering supplies to more than 20,000 people at 500 offices around Europe and the investment sets out to support SPO’s further expansion on the continent.

EQT Ventures joined Stockholm based startup Watty on its EUR 3 million investment round. Watty’s software lets users identify and break down energy costs from their home appliances with the purpose to reduce their electricity bills. Watty is currently operating in Sweden, Norway, England and Germany and the new investment round will leverage the company’s expansion to additional European markets.

Amsterdam based 3D Hubs is the world’s largest online marketplace for local 3D printing. EQT Ventures backed the Dutch company in its USD 7 million Series B round.
